Conejo Players Youth Programs take place within Conejo Players Theatre, which includes an orchestra pit as well as workshop, rehearsal, storage, prop, set storage, and scene shop areas. The theatre uses a new lightboard, new LED stage lights, and a new soundboard during productions. Participants are part of a program connected to a theatre that has implemented fresh, modern bathroom facilities with refurbished plumbing and a brand-new heating and air conditioning system.

Conejo Players Youth Programs are part of Conejo Players Theatre, which has presented community theatre for more than 68 years and maintains an open seating policy with group discounts for ticket purchases. Tickets for performances may be purchased in advance by calling the box office or ordering online, and are also available at the box office prior to the show, with the box office opening 1 hour before show time and the house opening 1/2 hour before show time. Conejo Players Theatre states that its mission is to provide the community with a year-round schedule of affordable live theatre produced to serve cultural, educational, and entertainment needs, and to welcome volunteers interested in theatre arts to participate in community theatre activities. The organization describes itself as a Thousand Oaks community theatre and states that it is committed to maintaining an environment that nourishes respect for the dignity of each community member and all participants and patrons, supported by an Anti-Discrimination Policy that covers race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, public assistance status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, family relationship, socio-economic status, or any other status protected by law. The Conejo Players Youth Improv team, connected to the same theatre organization, was established in 2024. Donations to Conejo Players, a 501c3 non-profit, are tax deductible.
