Westlake Yoga Co. Kids and Young Adult Yoga is part of a program that includes kids and young adult yoga along with options for hot yoga, non-heated yoga, yin yoga, meditation, sound healing, and breath work. The program is offered in a brick and mortar yoga facility that can blend multiple styles of yoga under one roof. Families can also access a sauna and a 3D tour as part of the broader offerings at Westlake Yoga Co.

Westlake Yoga Co. began when the Covid-19 pandemic struck, starting with streaming classes from instructors’ homes and then free outdoor classes in local parks under the name Hom Yoga Collective. In June 2020, they were hosting up to 8 free outdoor classes a week in parks, at the beach, and at a local country club. The executive team has worked together in some way for over 5 years, and the studio is locally owned and operated.
The overarching vision of Westlake Yoga Co. is to create a place where students, teachers, employees, and community members all feel at home, and to create a place of growth and support that Westlake Village, the Conejo Valley, and the greater Ventura County can be proud of. The studio has been built for the local community, with staff located in the greater Westlake Village and Conejo Valley area, and it aims to bring families together in its space for yoga, wellness, or social gatherings. The studio was built through connection to students, instructors, and the local yoga community in Westlake Village and beyond, and it offers a well-rounded schedule that allows students to find a style of yoga that fits where they are in their life.
