All IQ tutors have at least 2–3 years of teaching experience, and many are also incumbent school teachers from the LA and Torrance school districts. The leadership team includes Steve Park, Founder and Director, and Rachel Sung, Manager. For more than 15 years, IQ Tutorial Center has been offering students from K–12th grade tutoring services and has been focusing on providing a unique service. The program states that its mission is to recognize each student's strengths, develop active and creative minds, encourage a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and build leadership in a positively challenging environment.
