About
The NCO Head Start Child Development Program offers comprehensive, family-centered services for young children. The program uses a holistic approach that includes education, health, mental health, nutrition, disabilities services, and other family support. Applications are available online, in person, or through mail services, and Enrollment Coordinators guide applicants through every step of the process.

The Head Start Child Development Program (HSCDP) offers comprehensive, family-centered services to support the well-being and development of young children in Lake and Mendocino Counties. The program has been empowering children, staff, and families to reach their highest potential since 1968. Staff members are available to support Spanish-speaking families, as indicated by “Hablamos español.”
