The Head Start Child Development Program (HSCDP) offers comprehensive, family-centered services to support the well-being and development of young children in Lake and Mendocino Counties. NCO remains committed to strengthening communities and supporting families across Mendocino and Lake Counties. The Administration for Children and Families of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services provided financial support for the program’s website. The program has been empowering children, staff, and families to reach their highest potential since 1968. Friendly, knowledgeable Enrollment Coordinators guide families through every step of the enrollment process, and staff also communicate in Spanish (Hablamos español).
