Union City Youth Soccer League offers competitive soccer leagues, recreational soccer leagues, and soccer tournaments. Players take part in soccer activities on high quality fields.

Union City Youth Soccer League creates a safe and exemplary environment for children and parents to enjoy soccer, with parents, coaches, volunteers, and players working together to create a positive impact in the community. The organization develops, promotes, and administers the game of soccer for the youth of Union City, California. It was formed for the express purpose of developing youth into skilled soccer participants while remaining dedicated to the advancement of competitive youth soccer. Recreational programs are offered for ages 3–11, and competitive programs are offered for ages 7–17, including UC Premier programs for outstanding youth players to develop individual and team skills against top competition.
The organization provides competitive and recreational soccer leagues and tournaments for youth of all ages in Union City and adjoining communities and works as a partner with parents, coaches, volunteers, local business, government, and neighbors. Members are expected to exemplify good sportsmanship, team cooperation, physical fitness, and moral well being, and to adhere to the highest ideals of good sportsmanship at all times. The club holds board members, coaches, volunteers, parents, referees, and players to high standards of behavior on and off the field and states that it is an inclusive club that will not tolerate discrimination or racism in any form. The club supports the athletic development of each player, regardless of ability or background, using recognized best practices, and states that its teams will express a style of play that is attractive, successful, and that translates to future growth. The club identifies its ideal player attributes as intelligence, competence, courage, and character and states a goal of being recognized as a leader in quality youth soccer programs within the Bay Area and Northern California.
