About the provider
The camp has operated since 1949, and more than 28,000 boys have participated. President George Herbert Walker Bush recognized it as one of his Thousand Points of Light in 1992. The camp is sustained through fundraising events, private industry and foundation donations, and generous individuals, and families of the boys who come to the camp need not worry about any costs.
Pyles Camp is not for juvenile delinquents.
