The program states that its aim is to help children grow on all levels both physically and mentally. Professional, passionate, and positive coaches lead the activities, and all camp counselors are described as well-trained, with well qualified and trained coaches with the kids at all times and enhanced staff training on promoting positive behavior and mental health. The coach to camper ratio is 1:9, and kids are grouped into proper age ranges considering social and cognitive levels, with siblings close in age allowed to join each other if divided.

Sports camps are offered during Staff Days, Spring Break, Summer Break, and Winter Break, and families can register for full weeks or a single day of camp, which provides flexibility for school breaks. Every camp participant must have a Child Authorization/Pick-Up form filled out before attending any camps, ID must be shown at pick-up, and children are not released to individuals not on the authorized list. Children are asked to bring a water bottle, any allergy or emergency medicine if needed, a bagged lunch if staying all day, and to wear comfortable clothes, socks, and athletic shoes; if a child has an allergy or needs medication, parents are instructed to contact the camp coordinator at check-in so medicine can be kept in a safe, central area.

The program reports frequent sanitizing of rooms and supplies and promotion of healthy hygiene, including personal bubbles, elbow bumps instead of high-fives, covering mouths for coughs and sneezes, not sharing food or beverages, and not touching faces. Parents are required to report any illness within the household to the Camp Director immediately, wellness checks are done at sign-in and throughout the day for staff, volunteers, and campers, and campers, staff, and volunteers must stay home if they feel ill or show signs or symptoms of any communicable illness. A snack is provided once a day in the morning, including a juice box and a gluten-free fruit snack.

Fields at the center are available for rent or hire for children’s birthday parties, corporate events, or sociable soccer games. Kids’ birthday parties include a professional host and a personal coach to run activities, and soccer open play games are arranged on a weekly basis.
