Soccer Routes offers weekend classes that focus on soccer training. The program uses low player to coach ratios and follows a structured approach to proper soccer education as a developmental, process-oriented school of soccer and life.

Soccer Routes was founded in 2014 by CEO and Master Coach Adam Rose and is celebrating 10 years of operation. Coach Adam has a background in Psychology and Sociology from Loughborough University in England and is the owner of Soccer Routes. With training and certification as a US National coach, Rose has over 18 years of coaching experience on three continents. The program has served over 10,000 families since 2014, with alumni continuing on to club level, Olympic Development programs, and professional academies. Soccer Routes is described as LA’s best pre-club development program for kids ages 2 to 12 years that focuses on technical development and mindset skills using its own unique curriculum, including the Soccer Routes signature “4 Pillars Development System™” and Adam Rose’s trademarked method.
Soccer Routes is a school of development for players age 2–12 that was created to act as the pre and elementary school developmental years within soccer so that young players could seamlessly transition to club soccer at the end of the program. Weekend classes teach the technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills that young athletes need in the game of soccer and life, with a focus on providing a developmentally appropriate environment for young players. The program focuses on teaching the technical, mental, and tactical aspects of the game in a way that is appropriate for young players and prioritizes learning over winning, stating that it is more important for players to learn how to play the game correctly and to develop a love for the sport than to focus on the score of each game. The team consists of real, experienced soccer coaches and emphasizes a safe location for families’ safety, experience, and to have the best playing surface for development. Soccer Routes states that it creates a safe environment to relax, fail, and grow, integrates its core values with every lesson, and lists its core values as Teamwork, Leadership, Confidence, Persistence, and Respect.
