Red Brick Art Workshops and Paint Parties

Red Brick Art Workshops and Paint Parties offers hands-on art activities including Watercolor Workshops & Series, Acrylic & Mixed Media Workshops with Jen Livia, Acrylic Workshops with Marco Aguilar, Glass Mosaic Workshops, and Paint Parties at Deep Sea Tasting Room. Students can take classes in pastels, mosaics, watercolors, acrylics, drawing, PhotoShop, and photography, including weekday watercolor classes and Watercolors with Phyllis Gubins. Any workshop is stated as good for students ages 13 to 100, and classes are limited in size to allow for personal attention.

Red Brick Art Workshops and Paint Parties is led by artist and teacher Jen Livia, along with instructors Phyllis Gubins and Marco Aguilar. Since 2006, Red Brick Art has focused on creating an open art community in Ventura where anyone can enjoy art and try creating something of their own. The program offers a variety of options, including private paint parties, group paint parties at Deep Sea Tasting Room, and the option to join group classes or host private classes, with all supplies included for Glass Mosaic Workshops and for Paint Parties at Deep Sea Tasting Room, where wine and food are available for purchase. Paint Parties are described as casual larger classes where participants learn and play, and are noted as suitable for events such as date nights, ladies’ nights out, corporate bonding events, birthday parties, and singles events.
