Swimtelligent Swim Club offers swim classes and swimming lessons. All students are assessed for their current level of ability and paired with a coach who can help them learn and improve. The program offers classes for all ages and levels of swimming ability.
• Ages: 0–18 years old
Swimtelligent Swim Club’s mission is to teach all people, no matter age or physical ability, how to perform the most basic level of swimming in order to save their own or another person's life in an emergency. After students complete these basic skills, the program offers classes to improve technique and teach all styles of swim techniques in a class-oriented and progressive way. The club was founded by a professional swimmer who started swimming for a swim team at 6 years of age and swam for this team for 12 years. The founder was offered a scholarship to swim for the Southwest Educational College of China and has taught many private lessons. From 2004 to 2007, she was a swim instructor at a Swim Club Association in Japan, and since 2017 she has been a licensed American Red Cross Water Safety Swim Coach. She obtained a level 1 professional swim certification and has instructed several students who became top 10 for their age group in Southern California and placed within the top 50 in the country. Swimtelligent Swim Club states that swimming is an essential skill that everyone should learn and that water safety should be a main concern for everyone.
