Camp Wildfolk

Camp Wildfolk is an “old school” day camp in Los Angeles that is rooted in a child-centered, project-based approach. The program uses a whole-child approach and focuses on growth mindset development, guided by its camp intentions called “The 7Cs”: Community-minded, Connected, Creative, Curious, Compassionate, Collaborative, and a Can-do'er. Camp Wildfolk offers a TK+Kinder program, a 1st–4th grade program, a specialty program for 5th–10th grades, and Adventure Camp Trips, and it also provides a virtual camp tour and a virtual community.

• Schedule: Core camp day 9:00am–3:00pm, with extended hours available from 8:00am–5:30pm

Camp Wildfolk has been operating from 2015 through 2026. Its mission is “To guide and uplift a community of authentic, empowered 21st Century Leaders -inspiring their imagination, cultivating resilience through the development of a growth mindset, and nurturing their WILD spirit and hearts.” The program describes itself with the phrase “Play wild. grow wild. love wild.” Camp Wildfolk notes that it is central to West Hollywood, Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Laurel Canyon, Studio City, Beverly Grove, Miracle Mile, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Hancock Park, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Toluca Lake, Burbank, and more, and also central to West Grove, Miracle Mile, Silverlake, Los Feliz, Hancock Park, and more.
