A+ Educational Institute Tutoring Programs offers after school tutoring, weekend learning programs, online learning, private tutoring, and assessments and interventions. The program also offers test prep and review courses for the SAT and AP exams, and provides personalized instruction from trained staff. Programs include support in reading, comprehension, vocabulary development, writing, and math, and use effective online teaching strategies for all students.

A+ Tutoring Center was established in 1994. The program offers after school tutoring and weekend learning programs for advanced children in Kindergarten through the second year of college. Its mission is to assist individuals in achieving their educational and career goals, with the motto, “Education is the integral part to your future success,” and a core mission to help students maximize their academic potential.
The leadership team includes founders Quỳnh-Giao Nguyễn and Dr. Charles Nghiêm. Quỳnh-Giao Nguyễn attended the University of Irvine (UCI), received a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Math, and has taught all high school math levels for over 20 years. Dr. Charles Nghiêm was an associate professor of Mathematics at the University of California, Los Angeles, earned a doctorate in Math with research focused on Topology, and has been teaching for more than 35 years.
A+ Educational Institute supports educators with professional development, innovative technologies, and core supplemental curriculum to meet CA Common Core State Standards. Its K–12 Division maintains a close affiliation with school districts to offer private tutoring, assessments, interventions, and subsequent advancements in grade levels. The program focuses on preparation and practice to improve performance in the classroom and on standardized tests, helps parents understand the complex process of school admissions and expectations to fulfill admission requirements, and prepares students for admissions to college as well as professional school with SAT and AP exam prep. A+ Educational Institute has a partnership with the K–12 Division with close affiliation with school districts.
