About
Challenger International Soccer Camp includes games, activities, and adventures that focus on coordination, balance, running, stopping, turning, kicking, dribbling, throwing, and catching. Camp sessions feature fundamental practices, skill-building activities, and complete technical player development with core techniques, small sided games, team building exercises, and fun competition. The camp uses age-appropriate practices and an international camp curriculum that draws on methodologies from around the world.
• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Tiny Tykes Summer Camps run Monday to Friday for 45 minutes for 3–5 year-olds; Half Day Program runs Monday to Friday for 3 hours per day for 5–14 year-olds; Overtime runs Monday to Thursday for 2 hours per day for 5–14 year-olds
The Challenger International Soccer Camp runs June 15–19, 2026. Industry-experts have crafted the camp’s approach using methodologies from all around the world. The District operating the program was established in 1965 and has a mission to provide a full range of easily accessible recreation and park programs, services, and facilities for participants of every age, ability level, cultural background, and financial status. The District works with the City of Cañon City, Fremont County, Cañon City RE-1 School District, Fremont Sanitation District, and many local businesses and non-profits to provide recreational services to community members.
