Challenger International Soccer Camp

Challenger International Soccer Camp includes games, activities, and adventures that focus on coordination, balance, running, stopping, turning, kicking, dribbling, throwing, and catching. The program also includes technical player development, individual skill development, core techniques, small sided games, team building exercises, and fun competition. The camp offers a week of fun, energy and passion for the game, with an approach that uses methodologies from all around the world to reflect the global nature of the sport.

• Ages: 3–14 years old
• Schedule: Camp dates June 15–19, 2026, with Tiny Tykes Summer Camps running Monday to Friday for 45 minutes for 3–5 year-olds, a Half Day Program running Monday to Friday for 3 hours per day for 5–14 year-olds, and an Overtime program running Monday to Thursday for 2 hours per day for 5–14 year-olds.

The Tiny Tykes curriculum is described as a very popular year-round curriculum. Age appropriate practices are used so players can develop at their own pace, learn brand new skills, and become an all-round better player. The Overtime camp serves as a special bonus camp for half day AM campers only and provides players with an opportunity to enjoy further technical development in a positive environment. Industry-experts have crafted an approach for the camp that uses methodologies from all around the world. The District that hosts the program is a Colorado Special District established in 1965, with a mission to provide a full range of easily accessible recreation and park programs, services and facilities for participants of every age, ability level, cultural background and financial status. The District works in conjunction with the City of Cañon City, Fremont County, Cañon City RE-1 School District, Fremont Sanitation District and many local businesses and non-profits to provide recreational services to the citizens of the community.
