Aquatics Programming includes PRESCHOOL GROUP SWIM LESSONS for ages 5 and under, JUNIOR SWIM TEAM for 5- to 8-year-olds, DAC HAMMERHEADS SWIM TEAM for ages 8-18, and an ADULT/MASTERS SWIM PROGRAM. The programs are taught in an 8-lane, 24-meter pool, and the homepage also states the club has a 25-meter indoor swimming pool.
Programs
- PRESCHOOL GROUP SWIM LESSONS — Ages 5 and under · Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm · Group lessons are for preschool-aged children in the Childcare Center; lessons are also available to members' children outside the childcare center. Price varies based on group size.
- JUNIOR SWIM TEAM — 5-8 year-olds · Mondays & Wednesdays, 3:45pm-4:15pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays, 3:45pm-4:15pm · $65 per month · For children looking to build skills to join Swim Team. Swimmers must be evaluated by Coach Paul prior to enrollment.
- DAC HAMMERHEADS SWIM TEAM — Ages 8-18 · Bronze Level (9 and younger) 3:45pm-4:20pm; Silver Level (8-12 years old) 4:20pm-5:10pm; Gold Level (12-18 years old) 5:10pm-7:00pm · Year-round USA Swimming Program dedicated to developing swimming abilities, promoting good sportsmanship and team camaraderie through swim practice, swimming events and social activities.
- ADULT/MASTERS SWIM PROGRAM — Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30am-7:00am; Monday-Friday: 12:00pm-1:00pm · Coach-led workout for adults looking to improve technique, endurance and speed. Classes are included with membership.
