About
Denver Soccer Camps is led by a coaching staff that includes Head Coach Jamie Franks, Assistant Coaches Jose Arenas and Brad Franks, Goalkeeper Coach Jacob Lissek, and Director of Operations Ben Smith. The program’s mission statement is, “Our camps provide an outstanding opportunity for athletes to develop their skills and increase their exposure to coaches around the country.”
Over ten seasons, the program has a record of 124-39-33. The program’s credentials and awards include National Coach of the Year, 4x Conference Coach of the Year, being ranked 6th nationally in wins, Top 5 GPA for 9 straight years, appearances in the 2016 and 2024 Final Four, 10 Conference Titles, and 8 Tournament Titles. The University of Denver Soccer Stadium, which opened in August 2009, is the home of the Pioneer men’s and women’s soccer teams, has a natural grass surface, and features 2,000 seats above a 10,000-square-foot strength and conditioning facility. The stadium has hosted the 2009 and 2011 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Men’s Soccer Tournaments and is a future Regional site of the NCAA Men’s Soccer Tournament.
