Avid4 Adventure Day Camps offers a mix of outdoor activities including survival skills, navigation, animal tracking, tool making, fire building, hiking, canoeing, paddling a canoe, water safety, reading terrain to find water, purifying water, mountain biking, kayaking, rock climbing, paddling, biking, stand up paddle board, and general hiking. Survival Skills summer camp focuses on the natural world as campers spend a full week exploring and learning navigation, animal tracking, tool making, and fire building and safety to support self-reliance in the wilderness. Campers are grouped by grade range, with 2nd–4th graders together and 5th–7th graders together, and Survival Skills Day Camp does not require any previous survival or outdoor experience.

Each session runs as a one-week program from Monday through Friday, with core camp hours from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and optional extended care from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Transportation is provided to and from recreation areas, and campers use professional-caliber, top-of-the-line gear specifically sized for kids, including gear for mountain biking, kayaking, and climbing, with Avid4 merchandise available for delivery at camp.
