Arapahoe Youth League offers youth sports through organized football, baseball, basketball, softball, lacrosse, girls flag football, and volleyball leagues. Each sport is offered in league format, and participation is organized through separate Clubs within the program.
All coaches that coach in the Arapahoe Youth League must take the NFHS Concussion Class. AYL requires mandatory concussion training (NFHS Concussion Class) for all coaches. AYL is run so that each Club is managed as a separate entity, and each Club manages a distinct territory in the league, with some areas shared by multiple Clubs. AYL territories were recently aligned around high school boundaries, and the league tries to align with public school boundaries as much as possible. There is an OPEN Territory that manages the Aurora area (Aurora Public Schools) as well as areas north of I-70. Arapahoe Youth League is not affiliated with any high school.
