About
Junior Tennis Programs offers tennis activities that include Tennis, Golf & Tennis, Swim & Tennis, Champs Camps at deKoevend Park, and Match Play offerings. The program uses red ball on a mini court, orange ball on a short court, and green ball for more advanced play, along with Jr Quick Start, Intro to Pre-Academy, and several junior tennis tournaments.
• Ages: 5–18 years old
• Schedule: Summer programs run in June and July, with Summer Challenger Junior Tennis Tournament on May 27–28 and Junior Open Junior Tennis Tournament on July 10–12
South Suburban’s Junior Tennis Programs are part of an organization whose mission is: “Fostering healthy living through stewardship of the environment, parks, trails, and open space and by providing recreational services and programs.” Littleton Golf & Tennis, which is associated with these programs, received the 2024 USTA Outstanding Facility Award, and the organization holds CAPRA Accreditation.
