RoughRiders Baseball & Softball offers youth baseball, high school baseball, softball, and adult baseball, along with training and lesson packs. The program also offers The Armory Training, tournaments, leagues, and the Angry Horse Adult League. Families can choose from group clinics such as the HS Catching Clinic with Coach Scott Laur and the HS Infield Clinic with Coach Cody Byrnes, as well as multiple 1-1 lessons with coaches including Cody Byrnes, Ford Eberlein, Kade Carney, Michael Bird, Preston May, Scott Laur, Trevor Erickson, Chad Jacobsen, Chad Povich, and David Ellingson.

RoughRiders Baseball & Softball is a training-based program with professional trainers who work closely with individuals on skill, techniques, athleticism, and growth. The program is structured so that players receive professional instruction while also gaining an appreciation of teamwork whilst performing as individuals, with a focus on players learning and maintaining professionalism, competitiveness, leadership, and excellent sportsmanship. Its stated mission is “Ride Together: A collective commitment to contribute to the success of the RoughRiders/Blue Sport Stable Family and the well being of our surrounding communities. To be a Classy and Humble organization focused on shaping character, developing skills and promoting the health of all our staff, athletes, families and guests.” The program reports 32 state championships, 243 NCAA commits, and 16 professional players. Its community involvement is described as “Ride Together: A collective commitment to contribute to the success of the RoughRiders/Blue Sport Stable Family and the well being of our surrounding communities.”
