DC Way Soccer Camps & Programs offers a wide range of soccer activities, including Summer Camp, Art & Soccer Summer Camp, Exploration Summer Camp, World Cup Summer Camp, Brazilian Way Summer Camp, Spring Break Camp, and One Day Camp. The program also runs Art & Soccer Day Camp, a Kids Academy with both soccer and multi-sport sessions, After-School Programs, Weekly Skills Clinics, Futsal Skills Clinics, Goalkeeping School, Private Lessons, a Capitol Hill Winter League, Adult Skills Clinics, and Soccer Birthday Parties. The Brazilian Way Summer Camp features authentic coaching from experienced Brazilian coaches, and the futsal-based Capitol Hill Winter League is played in a fast-paced, small-sided format.

DC Way Soccer Camps & Programs was founded in 2013 and is celebrating its 10-year anniversary. It is a Capitol Hill-based, award-winning recreational soccer club in Washington, DC, with programs running all year round on both weekdays and weekends. DC Way’s mission is to help develop the game of soccer in the DC area and bring opportunities for all children to play and enjoy soccer, to develop bright young athletes, and to help children be active and play, all at an affordable cost.
The leadership team includes Founder & Program Director Denis Chekuristov, Executive Director Roman Kilishek, Marketing Manager Melis Bayraktaroglu, and Manager of Operations Russ Guliyev. Denis Chekuristov holds a National Soccer Coaching License for ages 8–12 and a Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma. Roman Kilishek has an MBA from George Mason University and a background in finance and project management, and Melis Bayraktaroglu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Organizational Sciences from The George Washington University School of Business.
DC Way is an award-winning recreational soccer club that has earned Best Sports Coach and Best Summer Camp in the Best of D.C. issue. Denis Chekuristov was recognized as Best Sports Coach by Washington City Paper in 2016 and 2017, and DC Way was named Best Soccer Camp in Washington, DC by the Washington City Paper Reader's Poll in 2017. The program emphasizes a pressure-free environment that covers physical, mental, social-emotional, and communication development, uses a dynamic training curriculum with engaging drills, fun games, and life lessons, and maintains a culture of excellence that prioritizes sportsmanship and puts players first while building strong connections with parents and families. Melis Bayraktaroglu also volunteers to help combat chronic homelessness and participates in various community initiatives.
