Headfirst Summer Camps offers growth-focused programming that uses a Spot • Create • Celebrate approach to building confidence. The program includes a new Nats Camp Experience that centers on baseball joy, fandom, and memories, as well as D.C. United Camps that focus on soccer and joyful sportsmanship. Programs are available across DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia and are thoughtfully designed to meet kids in their interests and help them grow.

For 30 years, Headfirst Summer Camps has created joyful, intentionally designed experiences that help children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence. Its mission centers on purposeful play, hands-on discovery, and caring guidance so campers feel known, supported, and excited to try what is next. Parents describe their children as excited to attend, engaged in camp activities, and eager to return, with some families returning for multiple summers and enrolling siblings in different Headfirst camps.
