StarChild Academy Apopka – After-School Care & Summer Camp includes time for homework completion, enrichment activities, and creative projects. The program also offers themed activities for children during its after-school and summer camp options.

StarChild Academy Apopka offers full-time programs for children from infancy through 5th grade, with the option for families to choose full-time or part-time child care. The program uses nationally recognized curricula, including Abeka phonics, Open Court reading, Saxon Math, and Singapore Math, and maintains low student-to-teacher ratios. Students at this school achieve results with 91% meeting or exceeding state benchmarks and performing more than 16% above the national average. The child care facilities include bright classrooms and age-appropriate learning spaces that support infant care, preschool learning, and elementary education, and advanced security and safety measures are in place. Nutritious hot meals and snacks are served daily.

Every teacher and staff member meets or exceeds state training requirements and is certified in CPR and First Aid. The stated mission is to create a nurturing school where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn during their early years.

The after-school program offers a space where school-age children can complete homework, explore enrichment activities, and spend time with friends. The summer program keeps children active and learning during school breaks through creative projects, themed activities, and other fun experiences.
