Huntington Learning Center

Huntington Learning Center offers individualized K-12 tutoring in subjects including math, reading, writing, and science, as well as online tutoring and webinars. The program also provides specialized options such as ADHD tutoring, study skills support, homeschool tutoring, and summer programs including Summer Reading Adventure and Summer Tutoring. Students can take part in a Comprehensive Academic Evaluation that leads to a Personalized Tutoring Plan and customized learning, supported by an ongoing feedback system and progress reports.

Founded in 1977, Huntington Learning Center is a family-owned company led by co-founders Eileen Huntington and Dr. Raymond Huntington, with Anne Huntington Sharma serving as President and CEO. The program offers a range of test prep services, including elementary, middle, and high school admissions test prep; ISEE, SSAT, HSEE, HSPT, and High School Placement Test prep; college admissions test prep for the PSAT, ACT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP) exams; as well as state tests, ASVAB, and GED test prep. HuntingtonHelps LIVE is the program’s online tutoring and test prep platform, supported by a sophisticated computerized student management system and a web-based learning management system. The organization’s mission is to give every student the best education possible, and its certified tutors are experienced in all academic subjects. Huntington Learning Center has earned accreditation by the Middle States Association, and Eileen and Ray Huntington received the Education Industry Association’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Award. The program also participates in public-private partnerships to provide high-dosage tutoring through state scholarship grants in partnership with schools and offers specialized school and community programs, including government-funded high-dosage tutoring for schools and juvenile justice systems.
