About
Coral Springs Museum of Art Classes and Programs offers a wide range of classes, workshops, and events for preschoolers, youths, teens, and adults. Exhibitions are presented four times a year, and families visiting the galleries are asked not to touch any artwork unless it is specifically allowed. All children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, and damage to any artwork by visitors, their guests, or children may result in purchase of the artwork.

Since its founding in 1997, the Coral Springs Museum of Art has served Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami-Dade Counties and is described as a cultural beacon and a cornerstone of the Coral Springs cultural scene. The museum’s mission is to engage and connect diverse communities with dynamic exhibits, art education, specialty programs, and events to ignite cultural enrichment. Public transportation options include Broward County Public Transportation and the Coral Springs Community Shuttle Service, and admission to the museum is free, with free parking around Mullins Park, including many disabled parking spots and limited on-street parking.
The museum is led by Board Chair Joshua Simmons and Vice Chair Shawn Cerra, with board members Nancy Metayer Bowen, Scott Brook, and Joseph McHugh. The Museum Director is Juliana Forero, Ph.D., and the team includes Museum Operations Administrator Daniel Listwan, Education and Public Programs Coordinator Vita Litvak, Museum Development + Grants Coordinator Joanna Kentolall, Museum Guest Services Associate Rebecca Pringle, and Museum Representatives Emily Miccarelli, Natalya Roque-Rosario, Brenda Stanemir, Beatrice Gil, and Christian Cifuentes.
