Florida Alliance Tier I Youth Hockey focuses on youth hockey with elite training and competition. The program includes strength and conditioning, mental training, and leadership as part of its state-of-the-art training environment. Teams compete in elite showcases and national tournaments as part of the Tier I schedule.
Florida Alliance Tier I Youth Hockey is the longest-running premier Tier I (AAA) youth hockey program in Florida. It is built to provide the state’s top players with elite training, competition, and exposure without the need to leave Florida to pursue higher-level opportunities. The program emphasizes skill progression, hockey IQ, strength and conditioning, mental training, and leadership, and it maintains a team-first culture built on respect, discipline, accountability, and sportsmanship. Florida Alliance alumni have advanced to the USHL, NAHL, NCAA, and professional leagues. As one of the USA Hockey–sanctioned Tier I programs in the state, Florida Alliance Tier I represents the highest standard of youth hockey in Florida. The program offers a complete Tier I experience in Florida’s year-round climate and provides statewide access to Tier I hockey with North and South teams where feasible. The coaching staff brings national-level experience with a proven history of developing players for junior, collegiate, and professional hockey.
