VIP Soccer Academy offers weekly soccer practices, participation in league games, and soccer games on the weekend. The program also includes summer programs and fun events for players. Professional coaches lead training that covers technical skills, communication skills, and conditioning and training, with an emphasis on motor and fundamental skills.

VIP Soccer Academy is a youth soccer club that offers programs for ages 3–17 in Brooklyn NY, Manalapan NJ, and Miami FL. The club offers a free tryout. The program states that it is against unlawful discrimination of any form and kind and against any use of violence.

The coaching staff includes experienced and licensed professional coaches. Founder and coach Alisher Shaislamov is the general manager and head coach of VIP Soccer Academy and also coaches for the Kingsborough Community College men's soccer team. President and coach Victor Popovsky is a former professional soccer player who currently plays for the Brooklyn Italians and Juvenile Platenes over 50, serves as head coach of Grady High School, teaches Physical Education at P.S. 321 in Park Slope, and is an adjunct professor at Kingsborough Community College as well as a coach for their soccer team. Victor Popovsky holds a B.S. in Health and Physical Education and an M.S. in Exercise Science from Kean University and a National “D” soccer coaching license. In the 2011 season, he was nominated coach of the year by both the Daily News and the New York Post and received the Metro Award for Special Recognition for helping student teachers succeed with their educational goals.

VIP Soccer Academy states that it values discipline, hard work, and sportsmanship and that it challenges players in teamwork, perseverance, and decision making. The program states that it values both players and families and strives for players’ progress to succeed both academically and athletically. It teaches players to be respectful to teammates, parents, and family and to be good citizens. The club states that it conducts its business in a respectful manner and holds high expectations for coaches, players, and families.
