International Gymnastics Training Center offers competitive gymnastics, beginners gymnastics, cheerleading, tumbling, private lessons, introductory gymnastics for girls and boys, open gym, gymnastics birthdays, and a summer camp. Team classes are available from Level 1 to Level 10, and the gym can be rented for a gymnastics birthday. Open gym time is available for trying moves, strengthening, flexibility, and learning to flip and tumble.

• Schedule: Class and office hours available Monday–Saturday, with recreational and beginner classes for girls ages 3–5 offered Monday–Friday 4PM–5PM and Saturday 9:30AM–10:30AM; intermediate and advanced classes for girls 6 and older offered Monday–Friday 5PM–6PM and 6PM–7PM and Saturday 10:30AM–11:30AM and 11:30AM–12:30PM; beginner classes for boys offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5PM–6PM; summer camp runs June 10th–August 14th
International Gymnastics Training Center operates within the IGTC sports complex, which opened in 2001. The founder, Yanelda Veliz, has over 20 years of experience as an Olympic coach and is a certified FIG and USAG gymnastics judge, and her husband, Fernando Veliz, is also part of the leadership team. The coaching staff and team members of International Gymnastics have produced state, regional, national, and elite champions. The program’s mission is to achieve excellence through discipline and to encourage pride for the sport of gymnastics while exposing youth and their families to different cultures through traveling, participating in local and international gymnastics competitions, and cultivating relationships to develop the well-rounded individual. As part of this program, they aim to produce mature individuals who will be able to serve their communities, serve as role models for the next generation of athletes in their communities, and be a voice for the next generation of athletes in their communities. Program core values include an enjoyable experience, communication with others, customer service, leadership, aiming to educate, and discipline.
