International Gymnastics Training Center

International Gymnastics Training Center offers Summer Break Camp, Female Recreational/Beginner Gymnastics, Female Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics, Male Beginner Classes, Competitive Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Tumbling & Private Lessons, Introductory Gymnastics for Girls & Boys, and Open Gym. Camp activities include tumbling, trampoline, vault, bars, beam, floor, obstacle courses, conditioning, dance, tumble track, optional extra field trips, and movies or games. Open Gym is scheduled on Saturday from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.

Programs

• Summer Break Camp — children of all ages and skill levels
• Female Recreational/Beginner Gymnastics — 3Y/O - 5Y/O · Monday-Friday 4:00pm-5:00pm; Saturday 9:30am-10:30am
• Female Intermediate/Advanced Gymnastics — 6Y/O and older · Monday-Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm and 6:00pm-7:00pm; Saturday 10:30am-11:30am and 11:30am-12:30pm
• Male Beginner Classes — 3 years old and older · Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:00pm-6:00pm
• Competitive Gymnastics — USA Gymnastics competitive program; levels 1-10.
• Cheerleading, Tumbling & Private Lessons — all age groups · Times may vary.
• Introductory Gymnastics for Girls & Boys — Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced for girls; Beginner & Intermediate for boys.
• Open Gym — Saturday 1:00pm-3:00pm · Must be scheduled; currently in competition season.

About the provider

The IGTC sports complex opened in 2001. The founder is Yanelda Veliz, and her husband is Fernando Veliz. Yanelda Veliz has over 20 years of experience as an Olympic coach and is a certified FIG and USAG gymnastics judge. The coaching staff and team members have produced state, regional, national, and elite champions. The mission is to achieve excellence through discipline, encourage pride for gymnastics, expose youth and their families to different cultures through traveling and local and international gymnastics competitions, and cultivate relationships to develop the well-rounded individual.

• Birthday Parties — Gym can be rented for birthdays.

Office hours are listed separately from hours of operation. Summer camp dates are June 10th-August 14th. Level 1 competition may begin at age 4; Level 2 at age 5; TOP's Program identifies girls between ages 7 and 11; Morning Program is by invitation only and requires assigned training hours and competition in State, Regional, National & International competitions.
