The Junior Academy program is offered for the 2025–26 season, and ONE FC Summer Camps registrations are open. The academy is founded and led by three prominent European players: Blaise Matuidi, Kieran Gibbs, and Sylvain Marveaux, who have played at top clubs like PSG, Arsenal, Juventus, Rennes, Newcastle, and for the national teams of France and England. The highly qualified coaching team comes from diverse global backgrounds and upholds high standards while connecting with the cultures of the community. ONE FC is part of the MLS NEXT Academy Division, described as the top youth platform in North America. The program states that it is about more than soccer, highlighting the community, the families, the kids who dream, and the future being built together.
