FAST Falcons Swim School offers swimming lessons along with training and practice groups for swimmers. The program also hosts large meets and training camps as part of its activities.

The FAST Falcons are the official club swim team of Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST). The program’s mission is to promote overall swimming development while leading towards competitive excellence and to provide a safe, healthy, and positive environment for athletes while helping them reach their fullest potential. All instruction is led by certified instructors. FAST is committed to swimmers both recreationally and competitively at the local, state, national, and global levels. FAST is also committed to providing free swim lessons for all Marion County 3rd grade students through the Cannonball Kidz program.
