• Schedule: Open Tuesday and Wednesday, May 26–27 from 4pm–8pm, and Monday–Wednesday, June 1–3 from 4pm–7pm
Gotta Dance opened its doors in 1997 and is celebrating its 30th Anniversary Season while embarking on its 28th dance season, with 25 years of instruction. The program’s 30th Anniversary Season includes fresh classes, new performance opportunities, and surprises throughout the year, and it is the sixth location in East Orlando since opening. The studio offers a safe, positive, non-competitive environment with age-appropriate skills, curriculum, music, and costumes, and a leveled curriculum specific to each age group. The curriculum has been revamped with re-imagined classroom activities and new performance opportunities, and the program has been updated to pair with the surrounding community. The staff has extensive experience in dance performance, dance education, and working with young children, including local performance careers in theater, competition dance teams, and theme park entertainment, as well as degrees in Business, Hospitality, and Speech-Language Pathology, and the team focuses on cultivating a sense of family. The mission of Gotta Dance is to share the art of dance with the next generation, instill positive self-confidence and social skills in every dancer in a fun, age-appropriate environment, develop a child’s self-confidence and positive self-worth in the classroom, instill respect for the art of dance, and positively reinforce dancers’ achievements. Dancewear and dance shoe fittings are available, including a new summer shirt.
