Camp Kids Gym includes daily physical education in a giant indoor kids gym, outdoor games and relay races on a grassy knoll, and active games such as human video game, glow in the dark dance parties, and Battle star gallatic games in the gym. Campers take part in art, STEAM, discovery, story, tinkering, gaming, team building, sensory centers, messy play, and Smart Start movement curriculum, with art and music also offered as enrichment. The program also includes coding, baby signing, and 3 weekly field trips that can include swimming, bowling, skating, and more, along with Spring Break, Winter Break, and School’s Out camps.

A Kids Gym is a licensed facility, and staff members are background-screened and trained in First Aid and CPR. The preschool and childcare center combines preschool and a movement gym, with every preschool and afterschool student receiving a daily gym class and preschool students having a daily 30-minute gym class. For Camp AKG, tuition includes three in-town field trips per week, with weekly “big” trips carrying an additional fee, and Camp AKG t-shirts are required for field trips. For Camp Kids Gym field trips, all campers must wear the yellow Camp Kids Gym shirt in and out of the water for safety, and swimsuits and towels may be needed on some days; parents need only pack a water bottle and lunch because lab environments have everything needed to develop creative brains.
Safety measures include a restricted-access entrance and internal cameras monitoring all exits, and the Engage app is used for communication with parents. Additional related classes offered through A Kids Gym include Toddler Gym School, Muscle Minds Parent-Child Program, Preschool Gymnastics, Recreational Gymnastics, Rascals Cheer & Dance Performance Squad, and Ninja Kids, along with pick-up and drop-off services for multiple local elementary schools. Camp weeks and camp days are also offered when school is out in Seminole County.
