Imagine Performing Arts Center offers a wide range of performing arts classes, including dance, theater, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, creative movement, acting, musical theater, stagecraft, and drumming for social interaction. The program also offers adaptive dance and adaptive acting, social skills groups, and specialized classes such as FUN-ctional Musical Theater, Broadway Choreo, Leaps, Turns & Tricks, Teen Improv, and Nutcracker. The leadership team includes Imagine Founder and Executive Director Sarah Fanok, who is also a Ballet and Adaptive Dance Instructor; Theater Director Steven Johnson, who is also the Founder of True Colors Dance Company; Director of Dance and Lyrical Instructor Darci Ricciardi; Arts Education Manager, Thespian Troupe 12686 Director, and Imagine Next-Gen Players Director Emerson Short; Ensemble Company Artistic Director and Dance Instructor Gabriel Garcia; and Front Desk Administrator and Board Programmer and Operator Alena Garber. Staff credentials include Miss Sarah, who has been teaching dance for over 20 years; Briana Falgiano, who holds an M.S., CCC-SLP, works as a speech language pathologist, and has been a professional performer in Central Florida for over 7 years with experience at Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort; and Kenna Higgerson, who is a Speech-language Pathologist Assistant. Emerson Short has been at the space since 2019 and, over the past 6 years, has seen it undergo changes and growth as Imagine Performing Arts Center and also works throughout Central Florida as a contracted stage manager, choreographer, and theater technician, bringing that experience back to the program.
