About

Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation Youth Programs include activities such as basketball, pickleball, football, and soccer. These activities take place in spaces that can be set up as a full-size basketball court, three pickleball courts, or on a full-size football and soccer field.

Palm Harbor Parks & Recreation is managed by the nonprofit Palm Harbor Community Services Agency (PHCSA), which was established to provide library and recreation services to Palm Harbor Community Services District residents. The youth programs are part of a department that also oversees five parks and a variety of activities under a mission that includes a commitment to fun for everyone. The leadership team includes Director Erica Lynford, CPRP, and Assistant Director Trish Harrison, CPRP, along with staff in roles such as Recreation Supervisor, Recreation Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Rental Specialist, Recreation Leader 2, Events & Volunteer Coordinator, and Facilities Coordinator. Erica Lynford and Trish Harrison both hold the Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) credential. The full-size football and soccer field used by local schools and clubs is open to the public and available for rent.
