Central Florida Zoo Education Programs & Camps includes activities such as up-close animal encounters, Zoo Camps, and overnight adventures to see the Zoo’s wild residents after dark. The program also offers Storytime at the Zoo, Kids Night Out, School Break Camp, and a Night Hike Under the Stars.

The Central Florida Zoo Education Programs & Camps are part of a non-profit 501(c)3 education and conservation organization under the leadership of a 21-member volunteer board. The mission of the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens is to create connections that inspire people to take action for wildlife. The Zoo is home to more than 350 animals, representing over 100 different species, and includes a conservation facility built specifically for the propagation of the Eastern Indigo Snake in Lake County, FL. Some programs are presented by Orange County Library System storytellers.
