Nike Basketball Camp South Walton High School offers technical instruction, personalized feedback, and individual skill development in fundamental basketball skills. Campers take part in competitive scrimmages, 3 on 3 Cut Throat Tournaments, and 5 on 5 play. Instruction includes skill development at the post, wing, and guard positions.

• Schedule: 5-day camp, Monday–Thursday 9:00am–3:00pm and Friday 9:00am–12:00pm

The camp is led by the Elite Hoops Basketball Staff, whose coaches specialize in camps, clinics, training sessions, leagues, and travel teams. Elite Hoops Basketball has been in partnership with Nike Basketball Camps for over 12 years and in 2016 directed over 50 Nike Basketball Camps across eight southeastern states with over 3,600 players in attendance. The program states that it is dedicated to providing athletes with the proper training and tools necessary to help improve fundamental skills, offensive and defensive moves, and overall game in a fun and motivating environment.
Three or more hours each day are dedicated to individual skill development, and campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience at the director’s discretion. The camp features a 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio, and campers are supervised by staff during camp hours. Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury, and in case of an emergency, campers are transported to the nearest hospital. Campers receive a Nike Basketball Camp t-shirt and other prizes.
Lunch is not provided, and families are asked to send a packed lunch or lunch money each day. The suggested packing list includes athletic on-court clothing, athletic shoes, a water bottle, a packed lunch and snacks, and a small gym bag or backpack. Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp, and it is not recommended to bring a basketball from home. Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35, with a choice of size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys), and these are handed out on the last day of camp.
Parent reviews from the 2025 season state that one child went in as a shy player and came out with more confidence in his abilities, and another parent shared that their son came home smiling every day and feeling encouraged to do even better the next day. A 2025 review notes that Coach Martin and Austin are described as excellent coaches, genuine in their care and strong in skills and leadership.
