Tampa YMCA members have unlimited access to all 10 family centers and three wellness centers, along with exclusive access to youth and family programs at YMCA Camp Cristina and the Bob Sierra Youth and Family Center. Each family center has a pool, some locations feature multiple pools, and all locations have new wellness equipment and a helpful, supportive team. Licensed Preschool services are offered for ages 2 years old to 5 years old at two family centers. The organization uses the mobile app YMCA360, which includes improved features and online group exercise classes. The Tampa Y is a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization, and its mission is to put Judeo-Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. Community support from individuals and local partnerships, including a partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning as part of the “Patch With A Purpose” program where the Tampa YMCA logo appears on all Tampa Bay Lightning jerseys, helps the Y address critical community needs through program scholarships and free offerings. A Certified Personal Trainer at the Y is part of the staff.
