The stated mission is to be a space where every child can learn, grow, and thrive through the power of movement, with a focus on inclusion, empowerment, and excellence, and to provide a safe and encouraging environment where students of all backgrounds can build confidence, develop skills, and discover the joy of gymnastics. The program states that its goal is to provide a safe, nurturing place for children to “leap for their dreams” in a professional environment that teaches a quality gymnastics foundation, encourages self-esteem, and helps children develop a love and appreciation for the art of gymnastics. Tumbling/Ninja is described by the program as a great option for boys, and classes are described as fun-filled boutique classes, with birthday parties promoted as high-energy celebrations with games and gymnastics.

Airborne Gymnastics Club USA notes that “Life is more fun Up side down!” and describes itself as a hub for active families with a focus on creating a positive, active, and inclusive environment for families and athletes. The program has received a Business of the Year award and has been recognized for outstanding service, community impact, excellence in operations, and championship-caliber training. Community involvement includes sponsorships and partnerships with organizations and businesses such as USA Gymnastics, City of College Park, City of Hapeville, City of South Fulton, LFYD, 11 Alive, Delta, Chick-fil-A, TGI Fridays, The Wellness Spot, Donya's Kitchen, Blended Naturals, Get Up & Shine, EMMANTA Woven, Trampz, Blue Bubbles Car wash, HoopNation, Train Or Die, and BlendzFriendz. Parent feedback includes comments such as “Absolutely love this gym and the way they work with toddlers!” from Katie Crist and reports of children becoming “obsessed” with gymnastics and gaining strength and confidence from participation, as described by Suzanne Tevis and Tonya Mathis. Parents also highlight that coaches focus on teaching fundamentals, are described as fun and patient, and have worked successfully with both 4-year-olds and 2-year-olds, with one parent noting that a 2-year-old can now do a bridge. Another parent, Amy Salter, describes Coach K as patient and says her daughter came home confident, excited, and talking about how wonderful Coach K was, and several parents mention participating in classes, camps, and parent’s nights out and say they highly recommend the program.
