About
Team 3 After School Program offers activities such as a Wrestling Academy, the Intentionally Great Track & Field Program, a Spanish Immersion Program, and various sports activities. The program also includes homework assistance, affordable tutoring, daily enrichment, hands-on projects, creative arts, STEM challenges, leadership activities, academic math and reading enrichment, collaborative challenges, public speaking, life skills classes, Bible-based character education, and opportunities to embrace and explore cultures.

• Schedule: Serving grades PreK3–8th during the hours of 2:10pm–6:30pm.
Team 3 After School Program offers academic enrichment, S.T.E.M, art activities, and physical fitness activities. The program offers several extracurricular activities that enhance both the body and the mind. Staff is described as dedicated to the academic, physical, and mental health of students, with a program that encompasses growth and development in each area. Team 3 School Break Camp follows the academic schedules of Rockdale and Newton Counties and serves these counties for all school breaks except the actual major holidays. The school break camp uses an academic enrichment curriculum that connects with themes and field trips, and the summer camp includes themed activities that blend history, technology, music, sports, and entrepreneurship, with an emphasis on daily academic math and reading enrichment, collaborative challenges, and interactive experiences.
The mission of Team 3 After School Program is to provide an environment that is conducive for learning and encourages curiosity, exploration, problem solving, and self-expression. The mission also includes assisting children with developing a positive self-image through developing an appreciation for good health and fitness through sports and play, and assisting in the development of self-esteem and self-confidence. The program states that it believes individual success in life is heavily dependent on setting and accomplishing goals and that its ultimate goal is to teach children how to master this so that they have the key to unlock the greatness within. Team 3 ASP stands on the foundation of unity and encourages and supports involvement of the family and the community.
The leadership team includes Co-Founders Thea Dennard and Ivory Dennard, Director Aisling Threets, Assistant Director Destiny Paige, and Lead Teachers En'Rique Denson, Gregory Lockett, Bernice Pearl, and Arianna Waller.
