Dahlonega Gymnastics

Dahlonega Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, private lessons, and a summer camp. The program uses equipment such as a full size spring floor, an in-ground tumbling trampoline, and a large foam pit for training advanced skills. An upstairs classroom is set up for younger students with equipment made for smaller hands.

Shannon Hageli and her husband Mark opened Dahlonega Gymnastics in January 1997. Shannon is a co-owner who was a competitive gymnast for eight years from 1984 until 1992 before moving into coaching, and Mark serves as the CEO for business operations. Instructors use the USA Gymnastics Safety Certification and Background Check programs, and staff attend annual state and regional education courses. The gym and lobby are climate controlled, and the lobby offers Wi-Fi and seating for spectators. Dahlonega Gymnastics also offers a downloadable app to help families stay informed. Shannon and Mark have put years of work into making Dahlonega Gymnastics part of the local community.
