The Georgia Ballet School

Led by School Director Ashleyanne Hensley, The Georgia Ballet School is part of Marietta’s only professional ballet company. The Georgia Ballet has been serving the community for 65 years. Its mission states that The Georgia Ballet enriches the Cobb County community through “Arts in Education” outreach, offering dance experiences and training to children and families of all backgrounds and abilities, and that its programs foster a love for the arts, encouraging creativity, athleticism, and healthy lifestyles. The organization offers “Arts in Education” outreach, sensory friendly shows, Momentum DanceAbility, and Arts Education field trips.
