Snellville Performing Arts

Snellville Performing Arts offers musicals, cabarets, showcases, full productions, and a variety of classes and events such as dance classes, acting classes, voice lessons, and summer camps. Students can take ballet, tap, contemporary, hip hop, jazz, musical theatre styles, dance and choreography classes, dance fitness classes, and participate in Broadway Bootcamp, Spring Showcase, and Winter Showcase. The program also offers one-on-one private vocal lessons, private vocal lessons, ensemble voice, ensemble and group musical theatre style vocal classes, script analysis, production courses, Musical Movie Nights, Family Dance Parties, Arts & Crafts Fairs, Birthday Parties, Sing-A-Long Bingo, craft fairs, movie nights, neighborhood events, and other productions and service projects.

Snellville Performing Arts’ mission is to create and maintain an inclusive arts education program that houses both a training facility and a performance venue and allows aspiring young performers to engage in affordable and accessible training, outreach programs, classes, and performance opportunities in Snellville and its surrounding communities. The organization is described as “The Place Where Snellville's Artists Go to Grow” and notes programming that engages brain and body to develop confidence and communication skills, using arts integration to address academic performance, test scores, drop-out rates, and the achievement gap. Snellville Performing Arts is described as having a highly sought after staff of performing arts professionals, including educated, award-winning dancers and choreographers who have performed and taught all over the country, highly trained and experienced directors and technical staff, and highly trained and sought after voice teachers and music directors.

Snellville Performing Arts encourages inclusion and teamwork through community events and supports students as they engage in creative collaboration. It focuses on giving back to the town and people who raised, influenced, and continue to inspire its founder, and it is committed to pursuing opportunities to be in service to the local community and to lend a hand to those in need. The organization partners with education and arts programs in and around the metro-Atlanta area and around the country, uses donations to create, maintain, and grow quality arts programs and provide opportunities for students and their families, and serves the local community with events and service projects that everyone can enjoy.
