Averitt Center for the Arts Classes and Camps

Averitt Center for the Arts Classes and Camps offers painting, drawing, pottery, and ceramics, along with dance styles such as ballet, tap, hip-hop, and jazz. The program also includes music options like piano, voice, and guitar, as well as theatre classes, workshops, and camps. Some camps are offered as a week-long camp format.

All visual arts classes are taught by accomplished art teachers, and dance classes are taught by award winning dancers and instructors. The program’s mission is fostering an environment where individuals can connect, collaborate, and experience the richness of visual and performing arts that inspire and unite all participants. Funding for the program has been provided by Georgia Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
