Illinois Youth Soccer Association offers skill-based youth development programs that include fun, age-specific skill learning activities. The program also runs the Olympic Development Program and provides recreational soccer registration and sanctioned tournaments. It offers job training by conducting nationally recognized coaching courses and nationally recognized referee courses.

The organization offers the Illinois Olympic Development Program, provides US Center For SafeSport information, maintains an e-Publication Library, and runs a Premier Club Accreditation Program.
