Supreme Courts Youth Basketball Programs offers activities that include Jump Start K - 2nd Grade, Rising Stars 3rd - 8th Grade, Illinois Attack 3rd - 12th Grade, and Attack Elite Training 3rd - 12th Grade. The program also runs Holiday Camps for 3rd - 8th Grade boys, as well as Pickleball on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and an Open Gym during Spring Break 2026 from March 30 to April 1.

The stated philosophy of Supreme Courts Youth Basketball Programs is to drive each player to be the best they can be on the court while teaching integrity, teamwork, self-confidence, hard work, communication, respect for others, and critical thinking. Supreme Courts was built in 2013 and was purchased in 2019 by MWBA, which states that it supports charities in the local area that help the homeless and hungry. Supreme Courts was recognized as a top 10 facility by Best in the Midwest in 2019.
Supreme Courts is described as a state-of-the-art basketball gymnasium with four full high-school size basketball courts for tournament and league play and 24 basketball hoops available for rent during the week. Its flooring is the same type used in 90% of NBA floors and at top universities around the globe, and the building is climate controlled with a full janitorial staff and a full concession area with four HDTVs. It is home to youth basketball clubs and organizations such as the Illinois Attack, Illinois Rockets, and Future, and to four travel programs including the Illinois Attack, which is one of only 10 basketball programs nationally sponsored by Wilson Sports. Supreme Courts regularly hosts events 49 weekends a year from local and national brands including Prep Hoops, NY2LA, Under Armor, USA Hoops, JR NBA, the Chicago Youth Basketball Network, Otter Basketball, Western Suburban Youth Sports League, and Playmakers United, and is home to many premier leagues and tournaments including the Chicagoland Youth Basketball Network, Prep Hoops, and Playmakers United.
