About

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that offers weekly classes with fun activities that promote balance, coordination, strength, and agility. Each class includes science-based fitness games along with puzzles, games, and mental challenges. Classes take place in clean, modern centers.

• Ages: 0–11 years old
• Schedule: Weekly 45-minute classes

KidStrong is guided by a group of experts, child development scientists, and coaches, and all coaches are certified, professional, and specially trained as compassionate leaders. The program’s mission is to build strong, confident, high-character kids with programming specially designed by child development experts to improve emotional, mental, and physical skills, based on the Whole Child Philosophy and a focus on Strong Character, Strong Body, and Strong Mind. KidStrong offers Camps, including KidStrong Camp where kids gain lifelong friendships, learn new skills, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories. KidStrong was founded in 2015 in Lexington, Kentucky, by Matt and Megin Sharp, who partnered with Lincoln Brown to turn the idea into a scalable business, and it now has more than 160 locations serving more than 65,000 kids per week. KidStrong celebrated its 100th center opening with franchisee Barb Volk in Plantation, Florida, and operates with a proven business model that has generated success for franchisees in markets across the US and Canada. KidStrong does not provide medical services, does not accept insurance, and cannot guarantee that any child will learn how to fly.

Parents have shared testimonials about their experiences with KidStrong. One parent from Rocklin, California, reported that their daughter attends once a week and that they have seen her confidence “skyrocket.” A parent from Noblesville, Indiana, described a son who was “super shy and anxious” when he started and said they “brag” about the program to friends and family. A parent from San Antonio, Texas, shared that their child has a speech delay and that the KidStrong environment motivated the child to put effort into learning words and daily skills such as cooking and cleaning.
