Clinard Dance Classes are part of Clinard Dance, which has been active since at least 2015. The program is led by a team that includes Wendy Clinard, Director of Body Confidence for Queens Mocha/Kenshumma Tolliver, ManofGod, King Moosa, artist Kahari Blackburn, and Jayroc. Clinard Dance states that its Subsidized Rehearsal Space Program aligns with a mission honoring cross-disciplinary arts practice that cultivates dance, music, and storytelling projects grounded in collaboration, justice, and cultural exchange, and that it fosters creativity as a pathway to connection, dialogue, and healing. The Pilsen studio is undergoing a transformation guided by community-based research and includes an art exhibition by King Moosa and artist Kahari Blackburn in partnership with the Coalition to Decarcerate. Wendy Clinard is a recipient of the 2025 3Arts Award.
