Morgan Park Sports Center Gymnastics offers gymnastics and tumbling classes, as well as open gym time. The broader facility also offers hockey programs such as adult hockey/OSHL, Jr. Frogs Intro to Hockey/ADM, Rat Hockey, Stick & Puck, and the Chicago Horned Frogs Summer 4v4 U18/U16 League, along with ice skating activities including public skate, freestyle ice, private lessons, learn to skate, synchronized skating, winter exhibition and spring ice show, and open skate. Additional activities at the facility include adult yoga and fitness, yoga and movement, martial arts and tai chi, dance, arts and crafts, and camps.

Recommended gymnastics attire includes a one-piece leotard, fitted shorts or leggings, a fitted full-length shirt, and bare feet except on the trampoline, with hair secured away from the face. Items not permitted for gymnastics include bare midriffs, denim fabric, snaps or zippers, over-sized T-shirts, footed tights, ballet shoes, and jewelry, including hair jewelry and butterfly clips. Athletes who are unprepared for class may not participate, and families are asked to have their child use the restroom before the start of every class.
