Fit City Kids offers sport and fitness training, classes, an open-play area, and a 3-story playground. The program also hosts private play parties with three packages, a Summer Camp, School Day Camp, and School Day Camp PODS. Families can drop in to the open-play area at any time.

The mission of Fit City Kids is to drive fitness through fun and to create a community of healthy, active families by sharing a passion for health and fitness and offering a safe environment in which to learn and grow. The curriculum is based on child development theories and youth fitness strategies, and classes address strength, speed, stamina, and flexibility. The School Day Camp is described as “Like a Day at School, but More Fun!” and programs are described as educational, active, and outrageously fun, with a focus on family fun and fitness and promoting a balanced lifestyle for young athletes.
The leadership team includes co-owners Russell S. and Brad Claggett, Athletic Program Manager Kim Bird, and Operations Manager Kiersten Zangl. Russell S. holds a BA in Business Management from Pace University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and Brad Claggett holds a BA in Business and Sports Management from Michigan State University. Kim Bird holds a B.S. in Clinical Exercise Science from Grand Valley State University and is an NSCA-CSCS (NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach), and Kiersten Zangl holds a BA in Theatre with minors in Business and Dance from UW Green Bay. Fit City Kids describes its facility as unique and its team as experienced coaches from a wide array of backgrounds and educational focuses, and it states that it aims to build and grow a thriving community of healthy, active families.
