Unicoi Art Studio offers art activities for kids, including art classes, mixed media art classes, art camp, children’s camps, birthday parties, after school art programs, and school fundraisers. The studio uses premium quality materials so students work with rich colors, unusual textures, and a variety of unique materials. Teachers at Unicoi Art Studio send teachers to multiple Chicago schools for art class and after school programs.

Unicoi Art Studio has been providing art activities for kids in Chicago since 1999 and was founded in 1999 by Nora “Unicoi” Stewart. Unicoi’s mission is to “draw” out the imagination in every child, with projects designed to be informative, engaging and fun for children ages 3–15. Unicoi Studio has been a part of after school art programs and school fundraisers in over 30 private and public schools, and Unicoi comes to schools in Chicago. The studio was voted the best art classes in the city for 2008 and 2009 by the parents of Chicago through Nickelodeon’s Parents Picks Award.
Parents have shared that “She came home happy and raving about all the new projects she made!” (Leslie B), and one parent noted that the highlight of their 8-year-old daughter’s and almost 6-year-old son’s week is the mixed media art class they attend every week after school with Unicoi (Amanda P). Another parent said, “My kids had a great time and wanted to stay longer!” (Rebecca P).
