YMCA Summer Camp Programs offer day camp, overnight camp, family camp, and specialty camp options. Y specialty camps include programming focused on specific interests such as teen adventure, music, sports, and cooking. Day camp at the Y is led by experienced staff and offers many of the same elements as overnight camp while campers return home each afternoon, and overnight camp experiences can range from a single weekend to an entire season.

YMCA Summer Camp Programs are part of a nonprofit organization whose mission is to put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The YMCA offers camp programs designed for medical and mental health challenges or other special needs so kids of all abilities and circumstances can attend. Y family camps are available for families who want to attend camp together. In 2020, Ys nationwide served 364,910 kids and teens at resident and day camps, with 1,467 day camps and 234 overnight camps for kids and teens, and 244,000 overnight camp participants each year. The YMCA has a 175-year history in the United States and was founded in London in 1844, and the YMCA of the USA serves as a national resource office while each YMCA location is independently operated.
